51beats and Bushmen Records (South Africa) JOINT RELEASING PROJECT
The [51bts#027-bush12] The X-Structure: “Doxology” release forms part of an ongoing collaboration of “joint releases” between the Italian netlabel, 51beats, and the South African netlabel, Bushmen Records. This release follows the previus JOINT releases by Crabnebula and the wonderful mix by dj Khoisan. Our goal is to strengthen our international bonds of mutual love for music in the netlabel scene and in turn to deliver our artists’ music to a much wider audience. If you like the music then please feel free to share it with someone else around the world.
Doxology is an album of “modern-day hymns” performed by the virtual hands of The X-Structure. It is an expression of admiration and gratitude towards God. It is the continuing tale of the journey of a new found love. It is the continuing tale of the discoveries that are found when we come to know and believe that there is more to what is seen or felt. These songs not just songs without meaning, these songs are songs of glory and wonder. This is our Doxology.

The X-Structure is a virtual electronic band that was formed in the Cape of Good Hope, Cape Town, South Africa, during the dark winter months of 2008. The bands consists of four wild and adventurous members who all share a passion for life and a flair for exploration and adventure. Their style progresses back and forth and takes inspiration from all parts of life, both now and back then. A common thread however can be found in their music and can be described as trip-hop, downtempo, chillout, ambient, cinematic, electronica, breakbeat, experimental and their very own coined phrase, space-trip; or so they would like to think. Their greatest inspiration is God, everything that is seen and unseen, and through this their music is an expression of philosophical ideals and spontaneous musical creation.
